  • Do you have a parking lot?

    We have 18 private parking spaces at a rate of €25 per night. These spaces are secured and must be booked sufficiently in advance, subject to availability. We will provide you with the booking procedure upon request.

  • Late arrival?

    Do you think you'll arrive after 6:30? No problem, we'll send you an email with a treasure hunt that will tell you how to find your suite. Feel free to contact us, however, so that we can also explain it to you by phone.

  • How do I pay for my stay?

    We accept American Express as well as all major credit cards. Holiday vouchers (chèques-vacances) are not accepted.

  • When do I have to pay for my stay?

    You can pay for your stay when you arrive.

  • WIFI

    We will give you a login code upon arrival that will allow you unlimited and free access throughout your stay in the hotel.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    The reservation can be cancelled up to 14 days before your arrival. After this period, the total stay will be charged to you.

  • Does the establishment accept animals?

    Small animals are accepted in three dedicated apartments only. We invite you to contact us before making a reservation to check availability. Animals are not allowed in the common areas of the establishment.

  • At what time can we take possession of the suite?

    Rooms and suites are available from 3 pm (no later than 4 pm). Rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure.

  • Are there any smoking rooms?

    All rooms and common areas are NON-smoking.

  • Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

    We do not have a restaurant inside the hotel. Several restaurants in the village are open in season, and we encourage you to book (do not hesitate to ask us for information on this subject).
